on 4k cals and still loosing bf?
title sais it all no joke... i run neally every day and play sports 3 times a week i have a very very active lifestyle but most days i consume 4k cals with the odd day (normally weekends) where i consume 2-3k cals and im still loosing BF. anyone else experiencing this?
