on 4k cals and still loosing bf?

title sais it all no joke... i run neally every day and play sports 3 times a week i have a very very active lifestyle but most days i consume 4k cals with the odd day (normally weekends) where i consume 2-3k cals and im still loosing BF. anyone else experiencing this?

Doubt it. Not at 196lbs. You're eating almost twice your BMR. It might appear that you're losing BF but I highly doubt that you are.

all my friends say they eat soo much "sometimes over 4k" but cant gain weight... and they're like cmon man tell me what you take to gain weight. So one day we actually looked at what they eat. They think they eat a **** ton but they actually never finish all their food and stuff. It came out to be barely over 2000k and he was like **** that i couldnt eat more... so im just saying, you might think youre eating a lot
