xtend tub problem

I was getting into my car today and i was holding my tub of xtend by the handle, then all of a sudden the top popped off and half of my powder fell out. I have had some products that lids were to tight, but never ones that just pop off. I am now not even able to put it on at all it is so loose.

I have been using xtend for quite some time and never had this problem with a tub. Has anybody else had problems with tubs recently? Just seeing if there was a manufacturing problem with the tubs as of late or what.

Never had that issue with the Xtend or Vasocharge tubs. Sucks bro!

my top sucks too. If I tighten it too much then it becomes loose.

I personally havn't had that problem but I saw a thread about the same thing happening to another guy...I think you can just call Scivation or Bodybuilding.com and they will replace it for you! Hope that helps!

I remember a thread a while ago, someone had the same problem. Id contact Scivation to see if they would send you a new one, or maybe a discount on your next one.

same if i try to tighten it at all it just pops off. i guess i will give a call to scivation and see what they can do. it sucks losing half a bottle of something when i just opened it less than a week ago.

I don't like the way they designed the tub either. They should make couple more threads to secure the lid. I don't know if they did it on purpose or don't know how to design heh heh. I'm sorry scivation. Just speaking from my vision.

I had the same problem...there aren't enough threads on the lid. I ended up putting my Xtend in an empty SizeOn tub, and my Vasocharge in tupperware.

Yep The tubs arent that great, mine got knocked off my counter and off flew the lid, with all the powder.

i've been through my share of Xtend and i'll also admit the tubs with the handle on top was a bad idea. i didn't have any spills like what i've read in other threads because i noticed the top couldn't be tighten so i didn't bother with the handle at all.

I ended up messaging Marc at scivation and he was more than helpful. He said even though the tub is not at their fault they are sending me the same size tub of the same flavor that the lid fell off of. I have never seen such great customer service. I used to just like the products, but after this it is a real stand up company that actually puts the customer FIRST.

Cant wait to use more of their stuff in the future.
