    What body fat percentage should I be to start gaining mass and looking cut?

    I will be 17 in a month.
    I am 160 lbs.
    I have 16% body fat.
    I can bench 135x10.
    I can curl 45x5.
    I don't yet have a visible six pack do to fat covering my abs.
    What body fat % should I be to start gaining and being cut?

    or you gain, which is around 13% or so, or you cut and cut down to about 10%. Dont really get your question.

    12% is visible abs for most ppl.

    for me its like 10 tho

    Question makes little sense, but bf% is fine to gain mass and do a clean bulk. Just don't go beyond 19% bf as when you get into the 20's at your age it is quite unhealthy.
