Does anyone else have experience with retaining massive amounts of fluid after surgery? I feel so fat and disgusting! And I did have a binge yesterday where I ate SO SO much food that it made my physically very ill.
Obviously I can't workout at the moment and I wont be able to for a good few weeks. I am barely even moving around the house at the moment. I know I need to watch my diet during this time. Its causing me alot of anxiety and I feel just gross.
Anyone else got any experience with this that they would like to share?

I had mine done almost 3 years ago. A couple of things to keep in mind.
Not knowing what anesthesia they used, any anesthesia will cause your system to slow down-and it takes a few days for that to get out of your system. I was constipated for a few days after as well...YUCK I know.
Also they may have pumped you with some fluid too...I had night sweats for a few days.
And of course you have pain meds that will cause more constipation! and then the fact that you will be moving less for a bit so that slows it all down. I also gained a few pounds that in a week or so came off (all buy my two pounds of boobs!!!!) That was a desired weight gain!!
Not a day goes by since I had mine done that I regret it! A week or two of bloat is worth it.
