oh really for biceps i do this:
BB Curls 1x12 (Warmup)
Concentration Curls 3x(5-8)
Alternating DB Curls 3x(5-8)
Cable Curls 3x(5-8)
and for triceps is do this:
Tricep Dips (machine) 1x12 (warmup)
Tricep Dips 3x(5-8)
Rope Pushdowns 3x(5-8)
Close-Grip Benchpress 2x(5-8)
and then i do a heavy set of squats for a great bicep pump
