G2 Fitness Mats

So People magazine ran this article called "The Fit 5: Tips to Feel (and Look) Like a Star!" and it featured Paula Abdul advertising G2 Fitness's "self guiding stretch mats."

Now, Paula Abdul isn't exactly the greatest celebrity and it sure as hell wasn't her that prompted me to check out the product but I went to their website at G2FIT.com and checked out some of their products. I ended up buying the Ab Mat with a coupon code they gave me jsg2deal.

Here's my little review of the product, which you can also find on my blog at ABSphere.tumblr.com:

I like what G2 has done here. They?ve taken your run-of-the-mill fitness mat and printed on it diagram-detailed instructions on how to do many of today?s most useful ab exercises. It?s a wonder that no one has thought of this before. It?s a great workout buddy and it helps keep your workouts smooth and efficient, cutting down the time you might spend thinking up exercises to do. Although I am a big proponent of coming into the gym with a game plan everytime, for those few days you kind of just want to wing it, this mat can be a huge help. Also it?s eco-friendly. So this can be your way of helping the environment without having to buy a hybrid.

BTW: Can anyone tell me why my apostrophes are replaced by question marks?

I think it is a MS Word translation thingy. It happens when you cut and paste from there.

Did you cut and paste?

BTW: Thanks for the review. I'll look at the mat

sometimes sites will screen certain characters to prevent sql injection attacks. Replacing them with ?'s would be pretty darn lazy though. Don't think that's the problem here since mine seem to "show up".

...and that mat seems like a waste to me!
