Hello everyone, my first post here but not that new to the world.
I've been eating the same things now every day for a few weeks and have started to notice a slight improvement but would like some import as to how healthy it is and if I am missing anything key.
My aim is to lose some fat and tone up a bit for 1st August (summer)
Age: 25
Height: 166 cm / 5'5"
Weight: 72 kg / 159 lbs
Body Fat: Unknown at a guess 17%
Day to day life:
I normally do some kinda of circuit or run in the mornings for 20-30 minutes (this is not controlled by me and work related)
I am then fairly un-active (not quite office job level)
45 minutes in the gym at the end of the day lifting weights.

I have this every day apart from occasional "High carb" days where I include some sweet potato and wholemeal toast.
Also the grams are rounded off but the total is correct.
Any import would be greatly appreciated!!
