Cottage Cheese Question

Sorry if this question is a repeat. I tried using the search function and couldn't get the answer I am looking for...

Is the cottage cheese I find at the grocery store a complete protein? I ask because I was looking at the ingredients and noticed that why protein concentrate is usuaily 2nd or 3rd one listed. And as I understand it, whey is not a complete protein.

Are the manufactures spiking the cottage cheese with whey to boost the protein content? How does this affect the amino acid profile? I am slowly working my way into becoming a vegetarian. So, I am very concerned about the quality of protein I am getting.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
