Hey guys....
I've been training very hard recently. And i mean working myself to the bone. Though I haven't been on here much because i've been working. but enough bout me...
I'm here to ask a question...
Well, you know how BIG bodybuilders like ronnie coleman and jay cutler have that roundish stomach but there not fat? lol I want that. It gives you that overall mass look i think. How do i get that... there cut, but there massive... there not flat basically. please help.
thanks guys

There are a few theories that float around about why they look like that...
1. Distention from eating so much in order to get that big.
2. Enlarged organs from HGH use.
3. Fat gain from years of insulin usage.
I have no idea which one if any are true. But those are the reasons that usually come up in threads like these.New life in place of old life

Are you kidding? I'd rather have a flat stomach any day. The weird ab bloat on heavy bodybuilders is really ugly.
If you want to look really big overall, keep doing what your doing, you can see in your profile you've been gaining size. As your back, shoulders, pecs, and legs get bigger, your core will get somewhat bigger too. You won't leave it behind, in terms of mass.

#2 is the main reason. You see their earlier pics from when they were younger (even still on the sauce) their midsections were tighter and not distended. Over time they stick out even more. Why the OP would want that is beyond me. It looks like ****, and makes your v-taper look even smaller because your belly doesn't just stick out in front, but on the sides as well. If you want your abs to be more pronounced do heavy weight on abs but be wary that this will also increase the size of your waistline over time which again makes your v-taper appear smaller.
To each his own, but I would think that you'd want to have the smallest waist you can to make everything else look that much bigger.
