I am turning 22 soon. Today, I am in the best shape of my life. I wake up and after my morning run, I feel alive. I feel like living, I feel like I can do anything. The high that I get from my intense workouts rivals any other, and last for days, weeks and months. I was exactly the opposite of this 4 months ago. You can do the same. Just eat well, sleep well, and work out hard 3 times a week. For the first 4 months keep it simple and enjoy the experience.
P.S. this might be biased cause I just finished a workout session and the endorphins are hitting all the right places.

22 on the 6th of September, stronger then ever, feeling on top of the world.... and just finished training chest and triceps..
