Some motivation for beginners

I am turning 22 soon. Today, I am in the best shape of my life. I wake up and after my morning run, I feel alive. I feel like living, I feel like I can do anything. The high that I get from my intense workouts rivals any other, and last for days, weeks and months. I was exactly the opposite of this 4 months ago. You can do the same. Just eat well, sleep well, and work out hard 3 times a week. For the first 4 months keep it simple and enjoy the experience.


P.S. this might be biased cause I just finished a workout session and the endorphins are hitting all the right places.

similar weight and height, and yes, I also feel better than never.... eat clean, lift heavy, sleep 8 solid hours per night and results comes
