    bodyweight exercises on off days.

i have a weird schedule because of sports and i work out monday thursday and friday. sometimes on my off days ( which i have soccer ) if its okay to do some body weight exercises. im not talking about weighted dips and pull ups but just enough to kill some time and get rid of some energy while maybe gaining a little strength.

If anyones reading this post and not responding, its probably because no one can really figure out what your saying.

Retype all this. Make it more clear. What days can you train your muscles, what are you looking to train etc.
