Random Sets Throughout the Day
i have a bench and weights in my office, i generally do a 5x5 workout, split days.....its all good.
some days it is hard to find an hour or so to work out, is it beneficial or harmful to do random sets throughout the day as i pass by the bench? example: walking back from taking a dump, i stop at the bench before sitting back at the computer, and bust out a set or two or three or four of bicep curls or fly's.
or should i be very strict with allocating specific times to work out?
