Hi guys,
I need some help with my workout plan as I want to incorporate some cardio ( two 30 min cardio workouts) into my weekly plan. The problem is i feel as if I am all over the place as in I do whatever I want. Also I need to throw in some ab workouts atleast twice a week.
My workouts would be:
Monday Chest & Biceps
Tuesday - Shoulders
Wednesday - day off
Thursday - legs
Friday - Back & triceps
Weekends off
If anyone could recommend a better workout plan I would appreciate that cheers
