In Argos there selling a 35kg Dumbell/Barbell Iron weight set for only 50 pound.

I need dumbells weighing 25-30kg, iron ofcourse, but around 30-40 pounds.

Argos = crap quality.

You are better off getting some decent olympic handles and using 2" discs (if you have them already).

My mate got some Argos junk and the chrome peeled off in about a week.

yea, a call out in the other parts of the site aren't ever friendly. i think this is the first one i've seen here so i didn't know what to expect.

New, the most you're going to get for that is 20-25ish KG. Spinlock handles are 15 on their own, leaving you just 25 tops for iron to go on them. 20kg sets are 32, maybe spend the last 8 in JJB on extra 1.25-2.5kg plates, won't get many for 8 quid though.

I seem to remember you didn't have a car or anything yeah? Where was it you were from?
