Hi,im new here, I got a weight at home that checks your bf and bw, if I should believe it i got 14,8% bf and 58,8 kg bw,for my weight ~70kg,and height 184 cm. I have lost 18 kg due to training and exercising in a house by using some stuff that i got, I became stagnatic and now i cant drop my bf %, Im planning to change my workout, to gain muscles/or lose fat, and I would like YOU to share Your opinion of what should I do. My goal is to make myself a six pack,have bigger "cleaner" arms(more seen muscle definition). Those are my pictures :

I need help and advice with how to train, im training at home but got 4 little dumbbells ,1 mid,and 1 longest, and weight for them are : 2 little and 1 mid total of 28 kg, for 1 longest 70 kg,and i dont know how much for other 2 little..

Clean bulk!!!
Just focus on eating 500 cals more then your maintenance level is and read these tips:

Nope, or very very little. Although some people do loose a bit and gain muscle because of newbie gains. But in general no, because you need to eat more then your maintenance level is while bulking and eat less then maintenance level when cutting so two are not really possible...

well, all u can really do is eat a lot more n just lift heavy n try to bulk for a couple of months. because ur going to need sum mass if ur going to want a good shape when u cut down. and u are going to have to bulk first and then cut later because you can not do both at once.... n yes, u will be gettin slightly more fat then muscle but thats just natural to happen because it takes way longer to gain weight in muscle than weight in fat...

and then when i will be cutting down, it will be easier than now ? i mean mass = strength, strength is needed to drop more fat,isnt that right ?
p.s is it still possible to make six pack visible while bulking ?
