I was wondering whats the difference/benefits to increasing weight between sets versus decreasing weight.
What I currently do for example is increasing:
1st set: 20lbs
2nd set: 25lbs
3rd set: 30lbs
Is it better to do that or start out with higher weight and decrease as you go on?

Decreasing is good to burn fat!
I do the Maximum of repetitions that I can with the maximum weight that I can, then decrease 5-10 pounds and do the maximum repetitions with that weight, I repeat this until I get to 10 pound or so. This is a lot of repetition and my muscles get exhausted, but I can lift really heavy weight and burn lot of calories. I do not know if this is a good way, but it works for me.
