    lookin for tips on wat to take post workout

    Alright so i just finished my workout at the gym and here is wat i took post workout

    2 scoops Whey Protein = total 48g protein
    banana
    Bowl of Fruit Salad
    Spinach and Tomato

    What else should i add? trying to bulk up btw.

    try to add some tuna, very healthy for you because the omega 3s and is pretty high in protein
