make your own protein bars... that is what I would recommend... but seriously, if you can whole, real food for the win...

you got a refridge at work don't you?? ....

stay away from the prebought processed protein candy bars.

if you have a kitchen/ fridge, why not just do what I do I suppose? I work 9 hrs/ day and eat 6 meals/ day.

every morning I bring some food to work. I like the trader joe's chicken patties, very easy microwave them.
another option are trader joes pre cooked chicken boxes, they also have turkey and stuff, they are delicious.

those are the easiest... you can also just get some packaged/ canned tuna, or just bring cottage cheese, peanut butter. almonds. its not that bad. also I brought a tub of protein to work, I just keep it in my office or in the kitchen cabinet.. when I am in a rush I make some quick protein brownie w/ almond butter... yummm =)

don't sacrifice your body by consuming bullsh** and expensive protein bars... bring some real food.
