    I eat an all natural one. can;t remember the brand.
    My favorite is to make what i call nut balls/
    1/2 oats
    2 scoops Muscle Milk lite (or any protein powder will do)
    1/4 honey
    1/2 PB or AB or my favorite is half PB half AB

    Mix together and form into balls.
    This is often a staple before or after an afternoon workout-I eat 2-3 at a time with lots of water!

    i eat no sugar added pb and so does my daughter.

    sometimes i put it on celery.....my daughter likes a little bit rubbed on her whole wheat pancakes hehe.

    i just eat it straight up most of the time. i get a tsp and eat it. I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER

    I have Naturally More PB, for its high omega fat content and upped protein profile....aaaaaand, there is NOTHING else on supermarket shelves, they don't even know what is it here ( I live in Milan, Italy)....In fact, I get my PB from supplement stores which imports from the States......really really sucks, because you wouldn't BELIEVE how much I have to pay for one lousy tub of PB.....about 17 bucks a pop....sigh....but I buy it nevertheless.

    I have it in my cottage cheese with cinnamon as pre-bed meal, and on my eggwhites with almonds in the morning....again....with cinnamon, lol.....gotta have my cinnamon! I wanna start adding it to a shake or something, but I never have shakes because I tend to prefer to EAT my calories, not drink them....I'll have to ponder this one
