Arm injury help
Like 3 days ago I trained biceps and a day after i could hardly move them, I think possibly i shortened my muscle by accident, i can hardly like straighten them out and it hurts like **** and feels like im tensed all the time i cant relax when moving them.
The workout was as follows..
stretches
alternating dumbell curls 10-12x3
barbell curls 8-10x4
close grip curls(preacher) 8x3
that was combined with a back workout, **** i dont think ill be able to do any weights using my arms in a while
any suggestions of what it could be or what to do?
