Maybe you should have read the rules yourself. Colon cleansing has nothing to do with bodybuilding and should have gone in the misc section.

I am trying to get you all "Over 35" to be a step above the rest of the site. If fights arguments and wasting time is the goal then why come here to the mature adlut crowd? We can do this in the teen section right. Just keep it real, respectful, honest, most of all mature.

A big problem in this sub-forum is the members, usually new, who ask about steroids and such. Sometimes people are sticky-blind for some reason; maybe they'll see this thread and actually go read the rules...

Pretty easy to read between the lines isnt it. I mean your genius is pretty amazing but some of us with our 5th grade edumacations are not fooled.
