So a guy at the gym showed me that on back day: he does 2 variations of BB row
First is with the normal Bent over But pulling the BB to your chest.
2nd is with palms facing me and pulling the BB to my waist.
are these 2 solid enough exercises to be done with WG and CG pullups.
Deads is also done

Pulling higher on your torso (i.e., to your chest) will get more of the rhomboids and rear delts, adding to back thickness; pulling to your waist will get more of the lats, adding to back width. Since you want your back to be both thick and wide, both variations are good to use in the same workout.
Keep on hulkin'.
I won't quit till no shirt will fit.
