    This or that

So I met this one guy in the gym couple days ago and he told me thats its better to workout big muscle first then the small.. So today I went to the gym i did that. I started out with chest then back then shoulders, traps then triceps then biceps then forearms.. but it was a really cr@ppy workout. Im used to doing forearms then biceps then triceps then shoulders and so on.. and when i do this i can push myself like crazy.. but today was a really bad workout... so wats more beneficial.. ?

Usually you work from larger muscles to smaller muscle but if it sucked for you then there's no reason why you shouldn't do things the way you want to. As long as you are seeing results.

The reason for going larger to smaller is because you'll fatigue your smaller muscles out first and not be able to push hard with your larger muscles.
    Perfection in mind, perfect body!

It's interesting that it was a poor workout.

Normally, premature fatigue isn't something favored.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
