Hi. I'm using the mass gainer at the moment. On the side of the instructions it said to add two heaped scoop of the powder into a blender filled with 710ml of water(I use whole milk for higher calories)
So I do this but however when I put it into my shakes after its all blended, it doesn't all go in because if i do, the shaker will overflow so therefore I put the excess in some plastic cups for before bed.
So what I do is, I drink half a shake at 10am as a part of my daily meal requirement (this does not make me feel full, infact I wanted to take out myvlunch for 1pm and eat it but I didn't). And the other half of the shake post workout. And when i come home I eat my dinner and before bed I take the excess amount that was left over.
Question is.. am I taking this correctly?.
