I'm doing an arm-focusing routine until my back heals, train arms low volume 3x a week; i've done it before and i responded extremely well to it. Squats i had SO MUCH more in me, it's not even funny I had at LEAST 10reps left, but i was so out of breath i was almost passing out lol. Strong endurance, i need to start running and getting back into parkour again.
Also, i know i haven't posted in peoples' logs; i'll get around to that, i'm REALLY busy just took my SATs saturday and i've got a lot of work this week.

thanks man, yeah it's been like a week and it's healing nicely, i should be good to go in another 2-3wks.
lol i f*ckin' hate junior year. thanks, the widowmaker was meh though, i'm definitely upping the weight a little bit to make it slightly less crappy haha.
thanks man, i try.
After a few weeks of this arms-designated training i'm gonna focus on getting as big as possible while slowly leaning up. yes, you read that right; the weather's coming where i'm gonna start doing parkour [shirtless, yes douche] and going to the pool and seeing many bishes so i have to lean up a bit and get t3h abz.
What do you guys suggest for a mon/wed/fri split that really allows you to hit each muscle optimally and (dare i say it) would work best for pure hypertrophy?

Meh, OK workout, I did Parkour around for an hour afterwards, i might not train tri's friday, but if i do it'll be light. I didn't have much time to hit shoulders/calves well, but i surprised myself on the BB; since my tri's were so tired i didn't expect more than 10 lol.
