i'd say that it was indeed cuz you haven't back squatted in a while...and by doing heavy weight, your lower back had a hard time supporting such heavy weight

    Wednesday - Deload 'n stuff

Deadlifts (taking it SUPER SUPER light because of back pain)
    45x5
    45x5
    95x8
    135x8
    185x7
    185x5

Javelin Press (really like these actually)
38x6 (left then right arm for all)
    45x4
    45x5

Donkey Calf Raises (using dip belt on block, stretch at bottom, LOVE THESE)
    45x12
    45x12
    45x13

Short workout, my back's preventing me from doing anything too intensive; i'm gonna start arms training soon (and start back at 135 on back squats and build up from there). Once I'm really ready to roll, i'll start the hybrid again and make it work, in about 3-4weeks.

Its awesome man, i do it with a BB its kinda the only way it works since an EZ-bar is jagged at the middle so you can't grab it.

    65x5
    65x5

Squats (ATG, high bar, back pain acted up later but not too bad during)
    45x10
    95x5
    135x23-28 ?

    Donkey Calf Raises on block
    bodyweight x8
    25x8
    45x10
    55x8
    55x8
    55x9

I'm doing an arm-focusing routine until my back heals, train arms low volume 3x a week; i've done it before and i responded extremely well to it. Squats i had SO MUCH more in me, it's not even funny I had at LEAST 10reps left, but i was so out of breath i was almost passing out lol. Strong endurance, i need to start running and getting back into parkour again.

Also, i know i haven't posted in peoples' logs; i'll get around to that, i'm REALLY busy just took my SATs saturday and i've got a lot of work this week.

    thanks man, i try.

After a few weeks of this arms-designated training i'm gonna focus on getting as big as possible while slowly leaning up. yes, you read that right; the weather's coming where i'm gonna start doing parkour [shirtless, yes douche] and going to the pool and seeing many bishes so i have to lean up a bit and get t3h abz.

What do you guys suggest for a mon/wed/fri split that really allows you to hit each muscle optimally and (dare i say it) would work best for pure hypertrophy?

Sounds fun as hell dude, do have any parkour videos? Would be cool to see.

I'm definitely no pro at routines LOL, but maybe a Push/Pull/Legs split. Or just a plain old Upper/Lower/Upper ... next week Lower/Upper/Lower
