Raw eggs... and other discusting foods to get big naturally!
No supplements, just food. That's how I like to get big. Not knocking supplements or any thing. I just trust food. To be honest, I never ate a raw egg straight. But I did drink it mixed up in a malt shake. It's really not that bad. It just takes some getting used to. I'm still not brave enough to try that Noni drink. I heard that it brings good results, but it smells like vomit. As much as I like tying new stuff, I'm not messing with that.

Eating raw eggs is a stupid idea.
The bioavailability of protein is only half compared to a cooked egg.
Plus there's always a chance of salmonella.
In other words, waste of an egg.

this is true, its like 98% vs. 72%, really no reason to eat it raw unless you are in a hurry
And i'm not sure how you people are throwing up, ive eat 6 raw eggs at once before, swished in my mouth and everything and did it just fine

So if I drank 5 raw eggs that had been put into a blender, wouldn't that be better then eating 1 cooked egg? (yes I prefer raw drinkable eggs over cooked eggs)

There is a risk of salmonela in raw eggs, but overall it's a worthwhile experience. There's something to said about that. Not everybody can eat raw eggs.
Escargo (Snail ) It looks nasty, but it's really good. I tried it on a cruise once.

Raw food always has it's risk. But 5 eggs have more nutrients than one. Heavily cooked vegetables are less heathy than steamed vegetable, because heavy cooking can burn away nutrients.
