    Year one lifting progress!

this week marks the first year i've been consistantly working out. to be honest, it all started when my xbox broke (srs) last year, i needed something to do so i tried running and got addicted. then i started lifting light to improve my running, and before i knew it lifting was my obsession.

Last year I started at 120 pounds
85 pound bench press (repping 65)
    65 pound power clean
    115 pound squat
    135 pound deadlift
    9 inch arms
could not clean and jerk even the bar

Track held me back, and none of my lifts went up really during those few months of running, but i held what little strength i had.

    Now I'm at 142 pounds
170 pound bench press (repping 140)
    185 pound power clean
    250 pound squat
300 pound deadlift for 5 reps and old max of 315
    14.5 inch arms
115 clean and jerk for 5 reps

im not big yet, but i love training and lifting. guys actually know what they're talking about more than any other sport i've tried.

just postin' to say its been a year. thanks to all who've helped me along the way on this site and im gonna keep working till im small no-more.
