** rugby routine help**

well current stats are:
6'1
14.3stone
14% bf (guess)

i'm a back and need to gain a little more size and strength over summer, here's my current week

m -
t -
w -
th - touch rugby (90mins)
f -
sa - rugby (drills and touch - 90mins)
su -

can anyone help me where to put upper/lower & plyos workouts into this week? also was wondering would i suffer on saturday if i trained lower on friday?

been training weights for a couple of years, but legs for only about 6months.

this is my first time back to rugby since school (2 years ago) but have decent fitness and pace through football. it's off season and preseason doesn't start for 6-7 weeks

well i would do some basic strength program to get a base over summer... wouldnt bother adding plyos... but make sure you do running aimed at rugby...
