Good supplement stack?
I'd like your opinions on this 'now' hypothetical stack. I have a good diet and I work out correctly (Modified Rippetoe). I also down about a gallon of milk a day, so keep that in mind whilst evaluating my protein/ caloric/ fat intake. Thanks.
Multivitamin- Whatever the GNC one is. I forgot.
Creatine Monohydrate- Again, I use the store brand GNC stuff.
BSN Syntha 6- For before bed/ long stretches without food.
ON 100% Whey- For 1st thing in the morning/ postworkout.
If there is any input you would like to provide, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot for taking the time to read this.

Looks like you have everything in order! I would go with a protein with a higher casein content than what is in syntha-6, but this would do.

I appreciate your reply. Can you make a recommendation for the protein? I was actually thinking the same thing. Have you heard anything about the GNC Pro Performance PM Protein? Has anyone else? Thanks a lot for your help.

I was more looking for a recommendation for a slower releasing protein, to replace the Syntha 6, as I am already very happy with the results I get from ON 100% Whey. Can anyone help?
