Video of me Bench Pressing 330lbs
Hi this video is me trying to do half a rep on 330lbs. I currently weight about 152lbs. So I think half a rep is great for me.

Hi If I went all the way down on 330lbs the bar wouldnt go all the way up.. I feel confident on doing really heavy but just half rep..
P.s I can do a full rep touch chest at about 275lbs if not slighty more.. I ahvent tried doing it recently so not sure..

Yeh you right. That is fitness first and it sucks. But its only 5mins away from my house by car so its very convieniet for me to train there..

I'd cut bench out of my routine for a while if you were in my gym when dieting. It's OK seeing Polish people my size bench 200kg for reps in my gym, but seeing someone that much lighter lifting more than I rep...

Nice lift man, you'd def have a 400+ bench with 30lbs mass, Im 188~ "time of day" and just squeaked out 330. You doing anything specific trainin to up ur bench'n wait??
