I need advise for my first ever supplement
I was thinking creatine but some people have said some bad things about it and im having second thoughts.
Im 15, is that too young?
Will creatine help me improve power for sprinting thus making me faster?
Should i take whey protien with creatine because it makes sense to capitalise on the creatines effects by getting plenty of protien in me to build the muscles after creatine has helped me lift?
Or should i forget creatine and just get whey?

both creatine and whey are safe under 18, just make sure you drink alot of water during the day. creatine can help with sprinting.

Youll probably take a lot of flak on this forum for wanting to take supplements at your age.
In my opinion, at age 15 you dont really need supplements. Youre young enough to be able to put on weight with just a healthy diet and kicking ass in the gym.

yea its completely safe at you age. Really. theres no adverse on your kidneys or anything like that. You need to drink a lot of water, and just be aware that creatine doesn't help as much as everyone, say at your school makes it. its not some miracle. in fact i lost a lot of the strength i gained after i cycled off. If your going to buy it, look up the cheapest possible. sizeon is good but very expensive. everything else thats expensive are pretty much marketing ploys. theyre selling higher power monohydrate on here for reall cheap, look into something cheap like that. but compare prices, as i cant tell you if its the best deal or if its just a way of selling it. bb.com is fairly competitive though. i haveto eat, send me a pm if you need help with the dosing.

CL's Green MAG is pretty good and not very expensive.
Take a good whey protein like ON, and good multivitamins too.

i took creatine @ 16. I wish i had waited til i was 17 and just learned as much as i could about nutrition and focused on that. However, thats pretty hard to do with the social life of 15 year old.
buy whey to start.

Ive personally never noticed any real gains from creatine. I've been told im a non responder. At your age I wouldn't bother. Get some Whey protien and use it after workouts. Just eat as much good food as you can and workout hard. At your age you should make good gains just from working out and eating right, so you probably wont notice the difference. When you hit a plateau then think about trying creatine.

i agree with this post... while creatine could benefit a sprinter, at 15 it's really not necessary as you're still actualizing your athletic potential.
diet and training should be the primary focus here... purchasing a quality whey protein is a great, and smart, addition to help you meet your daily protein requirements.
look into something like xtreme formulations' UP whey. 10 lbs. for $63 can be found online and you can pricematch that here.

Its not like hes going to fall short of his potential from takng it. he wants to win, why the hell not.. especially since it is safe and effective.. which is hard to come by.. at his age.
