In process of a cut. Need to get rid of the small belly. I don't know my BF% I just know fairly low. My goal is 5%. Not the best pics. All taken from webcam. I have 1 month left of my cutting program. Hopefully where I wanna be. I will update in roughly 30 days or so

Yea I just need to get em toner. They are fairly big for my size. Where I want them size wise for my build at the moment

Yea unfortenatly when I first started lifting I didn't know what I was doing and didn't much for my chest. I thought I was doing the right thing but no lol. Working on that a lot for my chest.

Altho I do like having big shoulders. Help with a lot of things. Its most likely built up from running a beamsaw if people know what that is. I would lift 40-100lb sheets of MDF and other pieces of wood.

Dude, if cal cutting doesn't work like you hoped, I'd do a super clean diet or CKD. If you're in hurry, try HIIT, too.

I was stuck at 160-165 range for ever. Now I am staying at 170 and continually dropping fat. I hit a wal at 165 area. What helped me push past that wall was failure on each set and have some forced reps along with drop sets. Got me past fast as can be. gained 5lbs in a month!

I am actually doing asuper clean diet. I eat fairly clean. Every now and then a soda and some sweets. But nothing to really mess with me. My biggest problem I have tho is trying to avoid food before bed. I just get to damn hungry lol.
I would have fairly good abs just the small amount of fat there. I don't really have much fat on me. My stomach is the only stomach. I need to get my lowers bigger as well. I have tiny lowers235x6 falt bench

if u want to be 5% u will need to diet for more than 30 days. if u burn fat quickly u would need another 8 weeks at least

Wow 5% BF is relly low, doubt you will actually reach that to be honnest, good luck though.
Here is a old pic of me when i use to weigh 154 pounds at 5'10 anyone got any idea what my BF would of been?
Kinda dark and quality of pic is crap but you can still kinda see.
