    A picture would great, but it sounds like you're saying loose skin? Nothing can be done for that with diet and exercise. But, if you just have some fat around your belly button, clean up your diet totally, and if that doesn't do it, HIIT dude.

    Gain muscle, eat a lot of protein, do cardio but muscle training is more important. You're skinny fat, not -Fat-.
    if you were JUST fat, then only cardio would make slightly more sense.

    Anyone telling you to do cardio is trolling or uninformed, its the #1 most common mistake for skinny fat people.
