2 servings of light miracle whip... Makes it taste better, and a lot easier to swallow. If you want throw it on some healthy bread.

2 servings, which is perfect for 1 can of tuna would contain 40 calories. 4g of carb 3g fat

Your tuna wasn't good so you put PEANUT BUTTER ON IT?

Tuna salad is amazing, simple to make and healthy. Hint: it does not involve peanut butter.

-Tuna salad (as long as all your ingredients are clean and fresh.)
-Light miracle whip
-Minced pickle.. (not too many)
-Between 2 pieces of wheat bread or rye is always good takes away from the strong tuna flavor.

Honestly, tuna being a primary food staple isn't a good idea (this isn't my opinion, but fact). Eating tuna in moderation isn't bad but too much of a good thing such as tuna can be bad for you just as too much water can be bad for you. The main reason tuna isn't so good for you all the time is the mercury content, also getting too much healthy fats (depending on the rest of your diet) can be a bad thing.

Too much healthy fat? Dude...there's like 1.5 g of fat in a can of tuna...about the same as a chicken breast. I'm not making the connection here.

lol ... sigh.

Niacin is generally 30% for a serving...
Selenium is about 60% per serving.....

Fatty acids in excess... I didn't think I'd have to spell that out.

If he's eating mainly tuna and he's on a cut he's still going to be consuming several entire cans per day...

The theory stands that if the average man were to eat 3 cans of tuna (5 oz.) per day for 3 years, you'd die from mercury poisoning..

Cod and Orange roughy are better or less calories then Tuna. Try multi grain bread (I hate miracle whip) and use tomatoes and pickles instead of mayo. Better yet, get tuna steaks and add brown rice and veggies.
