I don't know how the rest of your day looks, but honestly the brown sugar is never good, and milk IMO is a no go during cutting season. I generally stick to only water for my protein shakes on the cut.

It depends on what the rest of your diet looks like. That sure doesn't sound like a cutting shake to me though.

To me, those specifics details are not that important. What your total caloric intake for your day? Eat enough protein and enough fat while creating a calorie deficit and you should be ok.
It important to eat post workout, keep your shake

Milk is not the evil at all. It's a good source of vitamin and protein. I had great weight loss results while drinking a lots of milk.
If it helps you to stick to your diet by making you to look foward to drink your protein shake , I would keep it for sure.
Drinking milk will not make your diet dirty at all like some people on this forum tend to say.
After an intense workout, your body is looking for nutriment, it's the last place I would cut calorie. From my experience. having a high caloric shake post workout only make you stronger, not fatter.

You can also do half water, half milk. It's really not that bad. I'm the same way with liking milk more but a lot of ppl say it's better to use water for PWO. So I meet em half way

i've seen weirder creations.. but brown sugar in a protein shake is definately a first. To me protein shakes are generally "sweet" enough even ON.

take out the PB, you want it to digest fast, the fat in the peanut butter will slow it down..

no that is not ok!
pwo u want to feed the muscles asap. any fat will slowww this process.
so u want whey in water!! an no other fats.
depending on what carbs are already in your whey, the sugar would be ok if there isnt some in it already. dextrose is even better tho... sweet tart candies are pure dex btw

PWO I usually do 2 scoops ON French Vanilla Whey along with over 50 grams of Cherry Kool-Aid in cold water. If taste is what's bothering you this one here tastes excellent and gets the job done.

I use 1 scoop Nitro Core 24 and 1 scoop 100% whey with water after my workout. I'm liking it so far.
