What's everyone's diet secret?!
I chew ALOT of sugar free gum like a pack a day. Does anyone else do this?
I find the days I have gum I don't eat as much and it helps me not be as hungry thoughout the day.
*I guess this is my diet secret??!*
What does everyone else do? Diet pop, water, sugar free candies ect..?!

Coffee and tea. If I'd be in an extreme deficit, I'd drink 15-25 cups of it.

not at all gum wouldnt do anything for me. how about just eat alot of veggies, fruits that filled with fiber along with lean protein. you need to eat not eating is not beneficial you just have to eat the RIGHT foods at the right time.

All that sugar free gum has a lot of aspartame which has been shown to damage the brain. I'd research this if I were you!

My "secret" is that I stopped thinking it of a diet, and started thinking of it as just "eating right".
Between that and working out more, I actually find that I'm more often eating too little than too much.

Definitely water. Curbs my hunger and keeps me from looking bloated. Only downside is you turn yourself into a damn water fountain, lol

it's mostly discipline, i eat every 2 hours so i never get to the point where i crave cheat foods

Food and Safey Administrations in over 100 countries would not have passed it if it was significantly detrimental to your health. However saying that..
I understand there is a lot of controversy.. and I know both sides of the argument!

I use to abuse both SF gum and diet soda.
Now I just drink water and tough it out for the most part.
If I am struggling I may opt for a cup of coffee.
