You need to bulk up, put on at least 20lbs of muscle and maintain that body fat and you might be doin ok.

i would say u are in the range of 12-14% and u need to work on you arms more your shoulders look a little small try presses for shoulders and weighted dips and close-grip bench for tri's and for bi's use good form and do DB curls
for set go
shoulder DB presses warm up 12 then 10..8..6..4..2..6..8..10
Weighted dips do 3x12
close-grip go 4x8
DB curls warm up 12 then 10.8.6.4.2.4.6.8.10.then 12 or burn out
hope this helped and also eat 1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight

thx for the advice, yea i dont really care about my bf i was jsut wondering, and these pics were taken a while ago so ill have some new ones soon.
btw if anyone could help me with a killer tri routine i will rep, no matter how hard i train them they just dont grow
