What line of work are you in? I'm in IT and would move back to Brisbane in a heart beat if I could find something with a commensurate salary.
Yeah, for me it's about a 14hr drive door-to-door between Brisbane and Sydney. Done the trip a number of times as I drive up back home to see family semi-regularly. Can't speak for Perth, but Brisbane is struggling infra-structure wise. The roads are seriously clogged. I still rage when I think about Airport Drive. lol
But it's my home town, so have nothing but love for the place
What's everyone up to today? Just made myself a spinach and cheese 1xwhole 3xwhite omelette. Sunday - leg day

Tell me about it bro... I've done a little forum participation (worth 20% this semester, yeooow!), but I've got this computer stuff to do that I keep pushing back. Rage.

I've dodged a load of bullets this year in regards to sickness. Recently I've had symptoms, dry throat, coughing, flem, but I wasn't sick...
I'm getting this thing though that when I go to bed I cough my farkin' guts up. I got it either last year or the year before, and although it's not so bad this time around, it's still a pain especially when I'm at my missus' house. Any doctors here?
Also, in other news I'm stuck at my house. My brother took my bike to work, now I can't find his car keys. And there is no food here. I could walk to the local servo and get some junk, but you know, I'd rather not...I am part of a Degenerate Elite.

RIP sweet thread
I'm thinking of doing this course in industrial designing:
tafensw.edu.au/courses/spotlight/spotlight_4.htm
myfuture.edu.au/services/default.asp?FunctionID=5350&CourseID=33521&Provide rID=214
It's three years full time and after two years you automatically have enough hours to be credited with cert III I believe so I might even combine it with a business degree if I feel inclined in two or three years time.
Is anyone here involved in industrial/product design and what do you like most about your job?
If I am an average drawer by hand but still have a passion for quality design do you think it would still be possible to learn to draw well with time and make good CAD drawings and be a decent product designer, or would you say hand drawing skills are essential?
Did Zab get perma banned guys or did he request a week/month long ban or something?
I take 3-4g of vitamin C each day, get enough vegetables, eat well and don't really get sick even though I get ****ty sleep normally.
Its the vitamin c that helps me most.
