Looking to connect with other bodybuilders who can help coach and offer support while I try to get into an exercise routine and eating healthier. I'm in decent shape, but stomach sticks out a little and want to tone up. I'm 50 (look mid 30's), 5'10, 178, 32w, smooth body type.
