if you want the generic answer then this is the site to be on. however, the best advice is try it and see.

not trying to be difficult, but it is different for different people. myself to lose body fat i have to stay around the 1700cals mark, but that is not for everyone. oh and i run a fairly consistent ratio of protein, carbs and fat, but it is wildly different than what most of the articles on here say.
