chest workouts without using your wrists?

my wrist is sprained and I need to stay off of it for 5 weeks. I've been doing abs + legs but I really want to work my chest considering its my weakest muscle group.

The only workout I know of that I can do without using wrists are vertical flys on a machine.
    example:

any suggestions for more chest workouts?

Thats the pec deck. Good choice. Might be your only choice right now, at least at first.

I also happen to have a sprained wrist. I had to be very careful, but I was still able to bench through it with a very light weight and very slow reps. Maybe you could limit it to the pec deck for the first week or two, then gradually add some other exercises in. Neutral grip bench was not too hard on the wrists. CGBP and skull crushers, as well as cleaning the bar for military presses were all out of the question for the last couple weeks.

Pec deck is about your only option, but certainly not a bad one.
They also make an incline Pec Deck too.

The only caveat is it can sometime be bad for people with rotator cuff issues, but since that's not your issue anyway, your wrists are, go for it. You can get some great contractions with it.
