depends on how consistent your diet, cardio, and weight training are, but from where your at it could be done in 6 months if ya work hard enough.

Yea bodyfat is over 20%
All is takes is hard work and consistency and you will reach your goal for next June...Good luck and keep us posted

I need help with a good diet plan.. i know i can do alot of reading.. but i really just dont understand it.. i mean i wear in at 230.. im not really looking to drop weight.. im just looking to cut BF and get lean.. how many cals would i need to assume.. and what meals should i have like when should i carb load, vs havin no carbs ..

First step is eating at a caloric deficit. You WILL drop weight but once you get lean you can add muscle. It's very hard to do both, better to focus on one then the other.
The "How to lose weight for noobs" thread in my sig is a good place to get started. In that thread is a link to a thread that explains things in detail.
After you have the "3 rules" down you can use the other links to figure out how many calories you burn and use the fitday.com site to track your calories/activities daily.

Go to the nutrition section and read up on keto, you will drop that weight in no time.
