I am working to uncover my abs and I am down to about 10% BF at 5'9" and 160 pounds. I feel as though I may be getting a little light in weight since I am 160 lbs. I think I need to get to 7% BF to really see my abs. Should I continue with the cut down to 7% or should I work to bulk and put on some lean muscle and finish the cut down the road? I figure if I have some additional muscle it may be easier to complete the cut later. I am not sure how much muscle I should look to put on how or how much additional fat I will put on in the process. My diet is solid at a 500 calorie deficit and my training is good with the weights and cardio. I am steadily burning a little more than 1% BF per month.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
