Just starting out, decided to go the P90x way - I am a Ecto body frame and need to put on mass bad. Any advice, and what other suggestions would you have for me gaining weight and improving strength?
I should also add that I am 5'9 170lbs - always been a very small body frame - its time for me to change!

Well I havent started the P90x yet, I am trying to figure out what would be best for me to start working out with. I have whey protein and creatine - but is there anything else I should be taking or add?

P90X is not designed for building mass. It's more geared for cutting. From what I understand, it's alot of cardio and pink dumbells.
