pain/soreness in front shoulders

I have some pain/soreness in my shoulders and just wanted to get some feed back as to what it could be, the exact muscle it may be, and related stories.

I benched heavy last Tuesday and my spotter let me use some piss poor form, elbows were way too flared. So now I have some pain in the front of both shoulders, sore when I act like I?m benching with said poor form, when I reach way overhead, pain in the front when I reach around for my wallet, and pain when I poke the area with my fingers.

I?m gonna have to lay low on the upper body for a week or two so I don?t make it worse, but just wanted to get some feedback from yall. Thanks.

If it is muscle pain/soreness, I'd have to say it is the anterior deltoid. That muscle takes a pretty heavy load while benching, especially incline bench. Mine are always sore after incline bench/dumbbells. Yeah, best to lay low with the shoulder activity for a little bit and let that mother heal up. Don't want to hurt it further and be out of lifting for an even longer time.
