I ordered some dark matter today since I have heard its supposed to be good to take after workouts but I noticed it only had 12g of protein. Would it be fine if I added a scoop of whey to make it 36g total?

On the directions it says not to take any other protein shake with it. Will it really have a negative effect?

personally i wuldnt add **** to it...directions are ike that for a reason...Adding something to it may **** up the delivery or something iono i just would follow the directions...i dont think they will low ball u, its like that for a reason.

excatly!!! if you mix whey with it,you are just waisting your money on dark matter.follow the directions like saints-fan said,they are there for a reason.I take Dark Matter,after an hour of taking it,i take a Whey shake then.

This is bogus dietetics at its worst and twisted logic at its best! Save your time, money, etc... and take starch, dextrose, creatine, protein, patience and persistence. That is how you get big not some "super absorbable proprietary blend." There is no short cut to big. This is like the big " waxy maize" BS. Keep it simple and just f...Ing eat right and lift! You would do better taking steroids(which I do not agree with) than wasting money. But you gotta pay the boatman. So again just lift and eat enough dead carcasses!
