    DC training

    Anyone here have experience with DC training? If so what kind of results did you get?

    I don't follow DC per say, but switching to that low volume/ high intensity style training was the best thing I've ever done training wise.

    Strength and physique are at all time highs. Anyone who said that training to failure is "bad" is either stuck in a powerlifting mind set or just doesn't understand how to manage the volume and get the most out of 1-2 sets per exercise with good execution

    Been following the style of Joe Bennett and Jordan Peters very closely the last 2-2.5 years

    Dante Trudel is one of the smartest people I know of. It's a solid program and lots of folks have done well with it, but like other programs, it'll depend on other factors not the least of which is how much more potential do you to grow naturally.
