Some cheese does and some doesn't.

Hard cheese generally doesn't have any carbs, but the softer the cheese is the more carbs it might have.

Curd cheese has a few carbs per serving, for example. Mozzarella sometimes has carbs. Cream/Cottage cheese both have carbs in them.

Although, they're allowed to say 0 carbs on the label if it has less than 1g per serving. However, unless you're eating 3+ servings a day I wouldn't bother worrying about the "hidden" ones.

    Just go by the label.

Hard cheese generally has no significant carbs. Cottage cheese and cream cheese have some, but not enough to worry about. Processed cheese and cheese substitutes have lots.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

There's the full nutritional facts. It says <1g carbs, which actually means anywhere from 0.50-0.99g carbs, but if you're having a different kind of Polly-O that says 0g, they're legally allowed to say 0g for anything that's 0.0g to 0.49g (as mentioned above ^_^ )

according to most of my reading you can have quite a bit of full fat cheese through out the day.

I try to get the more natural cheeses from Sargento personally.

If possible, look at the nutritional numbers for 100g of cheese. You'll get a better idea that way then for a "Serving" which might be tiny.

I usually use an organic mozzarella that also lists <1 gm/oz.
I have 2 oz/ day in eggs. I count it as 1 carb total.
I find mozz has the best ratio - cheddar is a bit fat heavy.

What are some other HARD cheeses w good macros (so I can just add the cheese fat to eggs)

    Thanks
