I've seen pretty good gains in my quads using leg press, along with front squats, as my main power move. Just sayin'.

I went from 19" thighs to 27" thighs doing only 5x5s of squats. Never felt the need to do anything else, nor will I do anything else.

Whatever works though, as long as you're not one of those vaginas who just started working their legs after training for 3 years, or those who wonder why their legs don't grow when they're repping the bar.

nope i do medicine ball squats( put the medicine ball between ur feet and squat down till you touch your ass on it ), leg press, lunges, calve raises, donkey calve raise, power clean and dead lift on leg days. all warm up set of 10 and 3x6 and a burn out of 12-15.

once every 4 weeks of training i max out to see where im at. but since i made such a significant gain in my leg press i decided to record it. my last max was 490 lbs and i managed to get up 650 lbs wanted to keep going up but my friends told me to stop so i wouldn't hurt myself.

It's a good leg press but not awesome. I can also leg press 4x BW and I'm not all that big a deal. The deadlift is what impresses me and if you can deadlift that much, I'll bet you can leg press 1000.

566lb deadlift? Are people that gullible? Even Arnold would have a hard time with that.

I bet his deadlift is no higher than 315lbs MAX.

I pushed 720 for 12 at 175lb. I'm not impressed by that at all cause its just leg press. If you work hard enough you can easily reach disproportionally strong numbers. Squats are legit, leg press is not.

Your leg press doesn't match with your squat. If you squat 300 you should be leg pressing over 1000 for 20 reps. Or is the 600 with one leg? Any weight I've ever squated atg, I could do x4 on the leg press for high reps.

Yea, deadlift video for sure. I had a buddy that lifted at 148 weight class and I don't know what he can leg press, but he squated 475 and deadlifted 515. Pretty crazy dude.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, leg press and squat don't match at ALL. Squatting 300 for "reps" is way more than 600lb leg press. I can do 585 for 5 reps, but there is no way in hell I would do 300lb Squat, or even 250lb Squat. So something seems fishy about that and the 566lb DL.

Very nice, the most I ever did was 630lbs (7x 45lbs plates on each side) 5x times back when i was 18. I weighted in at a hair over 170.

I know it may sound childish but me and my dad were going at it and i finally beat him at something lol

(Sorry for the low post count, just started posting)
