Can't sleep!!!!
I am looking for a better pre workout drink or one to alternate with White flood. I take my white flood at about noon and can not get to sleep before 2 am. I need this to change, maybe I am taking too much? 2 scoops?
HELP!!
Also hear great things about Superpump...does this have the same effect?
I have NO Explode(never tried it), Green Magnitude(never tried it), White Flood(currently use 2 scoops, cant sleep), Super Pump (never tried it) and Purple Wraath (hate the taste) here at home.
I do have these at my disposal and am ready to try.
What do you suggest?

I kinda had the same problem. I was taking 1 scoop of Superpump250 everyday for two weeks and it TORE UP my stomach. I liked how I felt on it, but it didn't agree with me later..A lot of my friends take NO Explode and love it ! i'm going to try it next week and see..
Why do you have all of those supplements at home? There are a lot of ladies on here that take these, so i'm sure they will let you know.. Forgot to mention- I was taking the Superpump 250 around 5 PM just before my workout, so you could be taking too much..try one scoop for awhile..Hope this helps..

I take 2 scoops of white flood..I'll try and cut back to 1
I have all these supplements because I read about them and bought them (( I am a product junkie)) but haven't used them for more than 1 day each so I say I haven't used them at all =/
Superpump aka SuperDUMP has that affect from what I hear ((tearing up your stomach I mean))

I enjoy my superpump. I did end up having issues staying up late at night or not getting sleep at all. (only partially due to the superpump)
Anyhow, I found that for me it is best to take superpump in the morning regardless of when my workouts are. That gets me through the day, still helps with my workouts and it doesn't interfere with my sleep.
If I do take it after lunch time for some reason it's just half of a scoop. I definitely don't need more than one scoop a day.
My bowels are fine BTW,lmao.
If it's worth having...

iforce maximize doesnt tear up your stomach and gives a great amount of energy during your workout. I would recommend that you dont take it 4 hours before bed tho. And ps it tastes great raspberry lemonade!!!

Vasocharge is one of my favorite pre-workout drinks. I just recently switched to Superpump just to mix things up and so far I like that as well. But Vaso is still my fave! Read the ingredients and that says all I also mix my pre workout drink with Beta Alanine for the added endurance!
I'll take a 6 pack of abs please!!!!

Will WorkOUT for food...
I recently started taking ZMA before bed and have been sleeping soooo good! I also have been taking Superpump pre workout (I work out after work, around 5 pm) and just switched last week to No Xplode just to try it out. Neither one has given me a problem with sleep, however, ZMA allows me to sleep soundly. *also*, I am taking Escracort w/ my last meal and find that aids with my perfect nights sleep!!

Same Problem!
I bought white flood, I really think it helped, but I could not sleep!!! I took it at 5 and couldnt get to sleep before like 3 AM. I threw that junk in the trash can, it wasnt worth not sleeping. Now I'm afraid to try any other Nitric product. Also, I'm not liking the news on the health risks of nitric.

Just as an FYI, GreenMag and PurpleWraath aren't pre work out sups, and the other ones you listed are. GreenMag is a creatine that is intended to be taken pre-work out, but it's not an energy sup like the others are. PW is a BCAA sup.
How much caffeine are you consuming during the day outside of the White Flood?

Don't know if you're asking me (probably not), but I consumed zero caffeine other than the White Flood, and couldn't sleep. It was water only all day.
